Terms of service & warranty
By placing an order at the Checkout you accept these terms. Every product has a 12-month Warranty against production faults. Normal wear and damage you cause yourself are not covered. Prices include Tax.
Shipping
Shipping within the UK takes 3 to 5 working days and costs £3.95. Shipping is free for orders over £50.00. Europe takes 5 to 10 working days and costs £8.95.
Returns & refunds
You can send Returns within 30 days. Keep your Receipt, because we need it for every Refund. We pay the Refund within 14 days after we receive the parcel. Items from the Sales can be returned too, but the Discount is not paid back.
Discount codes
Enter your Discount code in the basket before Checkout. RAVEN15 gives 15% off during the winter Sales. One code per order.
How to report a complaint
Not happy? Send your Complaint within 14 days after delivery, with your order number and a photo if the product is damaged. We answer within 5 working days and will offer a repair, replacement or Refund.
